The most recent install package for IBOE includes a new "skin" that conforms to Rentrak's suite of products. In order to ensure the functionality of IBOE is not compromised, it may be necessary to clear your browser's cache. This can normally be done by depressing "CNTRL + F5" simultaneously, but sometimes requires you to enter into the browser settings.
